Registration is exclusively online and managed by the SGF. The procedure is detailed at the end of the page (coming soon)

The registration fees include:

  • access to the Conference & Workshop (on-site or zoom link)
  • illimited acess to the HD keynotes records
If you want to assist to the Conference & Workshop on-site, you will be asked to pay an extra fee of 10 €.
You will also have the possibility to add the Icebreaker cocktail extra. It will took place on Tuesday, October 12 th.

* * The total number of scientific participants is expected to be between 60 and 120 in presential and unlimited for the virtual access via Zoom. A limited number of accompanying persons may register exclusively for the social events (“cocktail”).
