Online Registration

Registration is exclusively online and hosted on a dedicated AZUR-COLLOQUE website managed by the CNRS. The procedure is detailed at the end of the page

The registration fees include:

“congress package”, including a 72h-congress pass for Dijon (Divia) public transport (bus and tram).

Registration prices

A 5% discount on the Conference Registration fees is offered to the members of our Sponsoring and Cooperating Scientific Organizations (IAS, ASF and SGF)*.

* Applicants must be current and have paid their 2019 membership dues. To validate their registration, a proof of membership must be send by email (contact@microbialites2019.com) to the Organizing Committee.

Registration Guidelines

Step 1: Pre-registration

You will have to complete the following information to proceed at your pre-registration
– Personal data (name, first name, email etc.)
– Price range (select your pricing category, more information below)

Once your pre-registration completed, you will first receive a confirmation by email, followed by a notification allowing you to complete your registration when validated by the organizing committee.

Step 2: Final registration

After clicking the final registration link receive by email, you will be asked to confirm the Last Name, First Name and Email address you entered during the pre-registration. Your registration will bevalidated after the following steps:

– Logistical information (Arrival and departure date and time / any precision you wish to inform the organizing committee)

– Registration / Billing, indicating the invoice recipient (you personally or your institution) and the billing information. For foreign nationals, please add any professionnal ID (for EU countries: VAT number, for others: fiscal or commercial number for example) when available.

– Registration / Price: You will have the possibility to confirm and/or modify the extras (Conference Dinner, Field Trip) you enter at your pre-registration before proceeeding to your payment.

– Registration / Payment: You will then find the different payment options:

Online Payment: CB, VISA, Mastercard and e-cartebleues
Purchase Order: (ONLY valid if you are working for a French Organization),
Bank Transfer: When proceeding to the tranfer, please indicate as “reason for payment” the reference present in the header of the “bon de commande” (e.g. BC0257702560/0694/1C203) you receive by email (in french, sorry…) with the validation of your registration PLUS your name (e.g. BC0257702560/0694/1C203-BAAS-BECKING).

Proceed to the payment and your registration will be finalized!
A confirmation and the invoice will be sent to your email adress
